Minh Vu is a partner in the D.C. office of Seyfarth Shaw, LLP and the head of the firm's nationwide ADA Title III Specialty Team. With more than 25 years of litigation experience, Ms. Vu's practice focuses exclusively on Title III litigation and counseling. She leads a group of more than ten attorneys across the nation who have extensive experience in this area.

Ms. Vu oversaw enforcement of Title III of the ADA at the U.S. Department of Justice and has handled many hundreds of ADA Title III lawsuits and DOJ investigations since returning to private practice. She is a thought leader in the ADA Title III space, has written countless blogs posts and articles on this subject, and has been interviewed as a subject matter expert in many publications and TV programs, including Fox Business, the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, NY Newsday, the Economist, and CNN.
